- Do I pay the other member?
- Never. Homes are exchanged, not rented; no money changes hands between members. Membership only pays for the matching and the tools around it.
- Why does Premium exist if Free already matches?
- Free finds direct swaps. Premium runs the whole engine for you — flexible dates, rings of three, alerts — which is where most exchanges actually come from.
- Are these the final prices?
- No. They are indicative and configurable until launch; we will say so on the page until they are set.
- What about verification, insurance, cleaning?
- Offered later as optional services through real, named providers — never as a condition for exchanging.
